RPCS3 also offers the option to force sixteen anisotropic filtering (16x AF) which dramatically improves texture quality. The better the hardware that your PC is running, the better the simulator will be able to operate. It can also depend on the PC's specifications as the emulation workload of RPCS3 depends on CPU hardware.
At 4K, the drawings look more vivid and more flowing. Games with two-dimensional graphics tend to improve the most. How much RPCS3 can change in a game will differ from title to title.
